We have a wide range of experience in development sizes, from residential golf course communities that are over 1,000 acres to 2 acre, 6 lot subdivisions and from large commercial developments to single office buildings on acre sites.

The staff at HADDEN & LAND ENGINEERING understands the high cost of development and pride ourselves at being able to maximize the use of a site by working with the natural features each site has to offer while minimizing the cost of development. We will assist our clients by evaluating a location and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the location and the best course of action.
